Zendrop is main platform for me to select products. But I still hope Zendrop can do a good job in supplier management, especially in terms of inventory. When I just sent an order to notify Zendrop to ship, but received an email informing me that they're out of stock

Five-Star as I caught a thief. They picked a product then added insurance then took product off.
I immediately reached out to Shopify Ai, Sidekick. I was smelling a rat and ended up being totally correct.
5 minutes later, repeat of ame technique. This time I cancelled the transaction and sent them an email telling them no more but thank you.
Most of all, don't panic. Take a deep breath and be sure of what you're looking at. It could be a good customer that's leaving something and the outbasket when I canceled the first I gave him a refund so he made about 20 cents on me and I was watching for the next move. He repeated the same and that's when I'm shut him down. My email to him was firm but not rude or a challenge. No further action was needed
That was some sharp thinking catching that before it became a bigger problem! Trusting your gut and following up right away really made the difference here.
