Do not be fooled. Ive been using this app to try and start drop shipping and it has significantly pushed me behind and made me lose motivation. They couldn't even help me with my sample order. For my sample order its been over 2 weeks and i still don't have it. Please be careful. I was so happy to try this app and start my store and now i have to restart completely. and guess what, i have the plus plan and no help has been given.

Hi there! I'm really sorry to hear about your sample order and also that your experience so far has not been great... the last thing anybody here at Zendrop wants is for you to lose your motivation -- we want the polar opposite. Please understand that we had an influx of new sign ups which caused a massive delay in support ticket responses. We've since restructured the entire support experience and are just about caught up with all of our queues. I truly hope you'd be willing to give Zendrop another chance as the experience you've had so far is not the Zendrop standard.

Poort Support. I had billing questions and their support was no where to be found. They are charging amounts that i dont see it in billing section of their platform. Completely useless platform.

I don't usually like to write bad reviews for apps but I had to in this case. I was satisfied with this app at first, and received a sample order from them which I was happy with. I then began marketing my store and getting sales, then came back to the app to start fulfillment shortly after and they jacked up the price of the same item I got a sample for by 4x the price for no reason. I didn't receive any help after talking to support and was just dismissed. Would not recommend this app, use another one instead.

Hey there -- thanks so much for your honest feedback! I believe what happened here is that a very old product listing was being used which had incorrect pricing. The pricing was then updated but wasn't properly explained in the process. I actually already emailed you about this but I haven't received a response yet. Truly the worst experience of my life.. It's been over 30 days since my orders were done and my products are still not delivered. Paypal has banned me and holding my $2000 for 180 days.. Zendrop just says it's out of their control, its the supplier.. I THOUGHT THAT'S ZENDROP'S JOB, but nope!! They basically ruined my business for me and can't tell me if it might happen again with the next product i test.. I'm laughing because i need to prevent myself from crying about this... Tracking numbers still say in transit, while they are delivered and thus making paypal ban me.. The support says they will find out and then come back 2 days later with an answer that does not answer my question.. They can't tell me what the numbers on my shipping label means, THE LIST GOES ON AND ON AND ON.. I have no idea how this company is still in business.. This is not a fake review, i dare zendrop to go look up my account and see the sh!+show they gave me and keep giving me.. Will not be using this cr@p again...

Up until recently, Zendrop has been a good company. Once the Holiday season hit and we started to get more orders, Zendrop dropped the ball completely! Only a very few customers have received their orders. All the orders I have been helping to track have been lost in the wind. I can't seem to get a straight answer as to where their packages are. My advice is that if you have an item that is selling in your store, be sure to have some on hand already because it will not ship out in time or possibly not be received. As a business, you depend on the manufacturer to help on their part.

ABSOLUTLEY HORRENDOUS. Do NOT use this app. They've screwed up orders in a row on my account, their "processing times" take longer than they say, and they continue to charge me OVER AND OVER again MONTHS after I've switched to their "free plan" and have been in contact with them over and over again. Even Shopify got in on it and cc'd them in an email with me, and this month they STILL charged my card for their app yet again. They CANNOT get it together! DO NOT bother!!! Stay far away!!

The worst experience ever and do NOT use these guys, EVER. Total rip off and I had like 100 orders or more and they all took like 2 months or longer, most of them probably arrived, but not before I had like 20 chargebacks, 30 returns and had to send these people new items. Then when I asked for a refund, I was given this big run around and I never got 1 single penny returned to me. So yea this is the worst experience of all time.

Hi Chris, thanks for the review. We'd like to clear up some of the discrepancies here and make sure we are not missing anything. On the account you left the review with, we only see about 50 orders that were fulfilled. Almost all of these orders were also delivered well before 60 days so please, If we're missing something please let us know.

We also noticed that the orders you're referring to here are from the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, where factors outside of our control played a huge role in shipping times. With delays at customs checkpoints, and the like.

Nevertheless, we'd like to take ownership of this issue and make it right. You can personally shoot Brad, our COO an email at brad@zendrop.com and we'll do what we can to make this right. By far the worst app for dropshipping, Sand message with live chat, agent will say get back to you tomorrow ( happened 3 times ) no one get back, shipping times like slooooow as hell, usual execuse ( COVID caz China is closed to covid , what do u think we are stupid, covid ended and no one is closed due to Covid, another execuse Chinese year ) which happened in February ) still items ordered since February not being delivered. I thought they changed there business model after they changed there Com name and now I understand why they changed the name because they don't know how to run a business..... Jesus I am so upset, 2 months for items and delivered and I am on your Pro Plus plan...

Zendrop as a whole is a very transparent company and is always upfront with all of our users about any delays. The situation with some regions in China being locked down due to the pandemic is something that is completely out of our control but is already slowly getting back to normal again. Zendrop just took $69 AUSD for my pro plan, I was trying to upgrade to a plus plan and try the free trial but it instantly took money. If zendrop can refund this I’ll try again but I’m canceling until I get my money back.
