Just worked with customer service. FANTASTIC! Almost zero waiting time and she was able to sort out a billing problem -- that was my fault. Very competent and responsive.
I just started using zendrop this week and it was very easy to set up, and their support was very fast and helpful.

I switched to Zendrop a few weeks ago and everything went super well without any issues. They were super easy to talk to and provide complete transparency when it comes to pricing and invoicing. A really good partner if you are looking for reliability.

In watching the videos during set up, some of the options shown aren't available or lack functionality to properly operate the store and over two weeks later I still can't open my store. No live customer service only email which is a HUGE time delay is resolving issues. If there is live support, I wouldn't know where to find it so if it's there, they aren't' making it easy to use

As usual, I received support from Zendrop with very quick response and resolution. Molly K. who helped me this time was very supportive, knowledgable of their internal processes and resourceful.
It is in fact a great app for dropshipping. Their staff is always there and willing to assist. I have pointed out some areas of opportunity to improve which I don’t see any action taken as of yet.
The best dropshipping partner! I am so In love with how easy it is to navigate with this app when i add products from other platform using Zendrop
