I recently had the opportunity to use Zendrop for my business, and overall, it has been a positive experience. I am giving it 4 stars, primarily because the shipping times were a bit longer than anticipated. However, this minor delay did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction.

What truly stood out for me was the ease of communication with the Zendrop team. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, their support was readily available, making the process smooth and efficient.

While there is room for improvement in shipping times, the excellent customer service and accessibility make Zendrop a reliable platform for dropshipping needs.

I upgraded to the plus plan for 79$ thinking i can unlock the custom branding. I have noticed that i can only do thank you cards with the said program. I have contacted support and they even issued a refund on my request without questioning why. I have spoken with Darlene from custommer support and i was impressed by the professionalism and the pace at she was getting back to me in this fast day & age. Darlene gave me some advice to help me in the short term till i reach higher sales volume so i can join their programme then.

So far, everything works perfectly: Zendrop has a wide range of products and, most importantly, amazing customer support! I had a few issues/questions, and once I contacted support, all my questions were answered lightning-fast and in great detail.

As a complete beginner who has just started with dropshipping I can confidently say that this app is amazing. There are two reasons why I love the app so much. Firstly, the user interface is extremely clean and easy to navigate compared to CJ dropshipping for example. Secondly, the support that you are able to receive is extraordinary. Here I would like to give a special credit to Austin from the support team. He was extremely dedicated and passionate helping me resolve some problems with a supplier. So I definitely recommend Zendrop to everyone who is just starting out.

19-09-2023 The start was rough with Zendrop, I have canceled them but we just received the products we ordered threw Zendrop. Products came in 10-12 business days in Europe. Some products' quality was decent some of them were excellent. They refunded the money I lost during the PLUS Plan period. Now for compensation, they opened 1 year PLUS for free for us. I do not believe people saying it is impossible to reach them out it just takes time. Be patient guys and Zendrop will help you I'm pretty sure. Good luck everyone with your journey on dropshipping!

06-09-2023 So, 3 days later they contacted me and returned all the money I had lost. If they would just have a fast decent Support team I would go back and would be using the platform again. It is really painful to wait a couple of days for a reply or help. In a couple of months, I will give them one more shot to see if have they fixed the issue with Support.

03-09-2023 So, I opened a free trial. After trying it I canceled 2 days before ending and I got charged full price for the month on a free trial period. So this morning I decided to use it because I have paid for it anyway. So I have reopened Zendrop and they charged me again! I have sent 4 letters to support and CEO. No reply so far. Explain please how the hell you charging people 2 times the full price on a free trial period. I will change my review as soon as you will fix this.

So in terms of pricing and shipping of times - excellent. I mean, when I compare it some big competitors like CJ then its really incomparable. The product range is also great, many trending products and in general interesting products are on this platform. The customer support has been great so far, any request I had was handled super smoothly and professionally, even trough I sometimes had really difficult requests. Overall when comparing Zendrop to every other similar major platform I’d definitely give it 10/10. Great recommendation.
