I cancelled on March the 19 of 2024. I was charged for June and July. I was told there was nothing they could do. I disputed it with my credit card company and they lied and said I didn't cancel until August. I went back into my shopify account to get the proof and it has "magically' disappeared.

die produktsuche ist grauenhaft. produktbilder sind unscharf, nicht von allen seiten fotografiert, oft nicht alle vorhandenen varianten fotografiert. die branding karte ist unscharf und macht beim kunden eher einen schlechteren eindruck, als einen guten. ausserdem kommen immer falsche produkte zu den wörtern die man in der suchleiste eingibt. Aviod this company! There are plenty of other Dropshipping companies that are reliable and trustworthy.
I paid for the Plus plan and was told that I would be given a store and be able to check it out and request a refund within 5 days if I wasn't happy with it.
They did not send me the store, the 5 days passed and they refused to give me money back.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing my experience with the Zendrop app has been. Despite upgrading to a paid plan, the service is absolutely terrible. The shipping options are incredibly limited, and even with the paid plan, they couldn't fulfill their own products on time.

Very disappointed. Not able to import products from ali express and I ordered a custom dog collar and they used the sample name and phone number on the collar zendrop won't give me a refund for my subscription I barely used it and I got the pro version.

Very bad platform. Working with them leads to failure. They ship garbage to customers not products, unlike shipping, which often lasts a month or more. You will get many refunds
