First time user here, really happy with the level of costumer support and training material, this is literally a a gold mine of knowledge specially for someone who has attempted this before many times, Thanks for your help Jinky and Zendrop
Idk how people have put 1 star honestly it’s easy and if u don’t know what to do their team are good at explaining so I do recommend
I had issues with a product that arrived to a customer, a jumpsuit that was not the one in the photo. After contacting Zendrop and explaining the problem, they promptly resolved it without any issues. They asked for some details, I processed the refund for the customer, and they also refunded me. Additionally, they asked if I wanted them to send the correct product to the customer due to the mistake. In the end, I chose to proceed with the refund, and I'm very grateful and happy. The customer kept the wrong product and received the refund. Thank you very much Zendrop, and special thanks to Karrie, who assisted me wonderfully.
I received the required info regarding the billing and payments. Zendrop customer support is excellent as they provided and clarified all the info on this immediately.
First off, super quick response from support, none of that waiting around nonsense. And when they got back to me, they actually knew their stuff. No vague answers or canned responses. They sorted out my problem in no time flat.
