Extremely Disappointed with Zendrop's Decline in Service
I’ve been using Zendrop for a while and used to be satisfied with their customer service—but this recent experience has been beyond frustrating.
My client received a damaged item, so I contacted Zendrop on April 10th requesting a replacement and included clear photos of the damage. Brenda Sorongclo responded and asked for the photos again on the 11th, which I resent. Then… silence.
On April 14th, Brenda messaged me asking if I needed anything else—as if I hadn’t already requested a replacement. I replied that I was waiting for her to confirm the replacement. Finally, six days after the original request, I get a message saying they can only replace part of the product. And if I wanted the full item replaced, I’d need to ask my client for a video.
What? A video, six days later? It’s my brand on the line, not Zendrop’s. This delay and confusion made me look completely unprofessional to my customer. I ended up refunding my client out of my own pocket just to resolve it.
And then—only after I told Zendrop not to bother with a replacement—they suddenly offered me a refund. Why couldn’t that have been done in the first place?
Unfortunately, I’ll be moving away from Zendrop. They used to offer reliable service, but this experience has shown a huge drop in quality and accountability. I can't risk my business reputation on inconsistent support

support réactif via le Chat (Module 3: How to Get Help from Zendrop Support). les produits sont quali, en ce qui concerne le délai de livraison je pense que c'est correct, à voir au fil des commandes et par la suite afin d'avoir un délai de livraison plus rapide. l'option "autre" d'en le Chat serait bien pour joindre plus rapidement le support humain dans les cas particuliers. Sinon je recommande pour la fiabilité et les tarifs forfaits sont correctes et ça filtre la qualité des produits donc c'est top !

Rafaela was awesome! She helped me quickly and made the process smooth and easy. The app itself has been great so far—I love the wonderful features and how easy it is to use. One suggestion I have is for the 'Find Products' section to include a button or border around items I've already viewed, which would make browsing even more efficient. Keeps the promises. Shop was configured and available from day one, with a huge selection of products to choose from for your store. Although I had some issues starting and setting up I was assisted professionally via Instagram and email, making sure everything goes to plan and works as intended.
Customer service helped me in an amazing way ! Super kind, and instant help. When i had another issue right after it, i got amazing support again. I definitely recommend this app, the support is great, understanding, and helps fixing any issues asap.
I am really pleasant with Zendrop app experience. It made every of my order so much easier to track and to fullfil. Would recommend it 100%!!!
Their customer support is patient, provided my case with very detailed solution, especially the representative named Nyke, she was very very informative and recieved all the help needed from her! People like her in Zendrop team prove my decision moving to Zendrop like a no brainer!!
Honestly not worth the risk, seems there is no way to get in contact with support. Everything I have looked up tells me to go through the 'AI-chatbot' on their website, except there isn't even an option for that...
