I've been using Zendrop for my dropshipping business for the past few months, and overall, I'm very satisfied with the service. The platform is user-friendly and makes it easy to find and import high-quality products into my store. I appreciate the variety of products available and the fast-shipping times, which have helped me keep my customers happy.

I think zendrop is extremely good, simple layout, easy to navigate, great shipping times for dropshipping and amazing fast-responsive customer support.

The only negative thing is that some products are way too expensive, which doesn’t allow for good profit margins and therefore makes it almost impossible to be profitable with paid ads.

I received a new order but it was cancelled. I reached out to Zendrop at 5am (EST) frustrated that there was no number to call, however after going through the FAQs and not finding what I needed I decided to use the chat and was quickly relieved when the bot offered me a human. She quickly resolved my issue and my order was immediately sent to the quoting process. Thanks Zendrop you rock!

really good from the pro plan to the free - it is all you need to source and reliably dropship products without worrying about quality assurance.

Zendrop is great because you find a wide variety of products to put on your shopify store and they do the work of importing products and that information directly to your store!

Though I will say this, the product photos and/ or product descriptions can be lacking and you might have to go to other sites in order to find more information about a product instead of relying completely on zendrop

Support is very responsive, but when it comes to sourcing your product, if you have a very specific product you want, it may take a few repeated attempts with the same product link to get it. Or not at all. If you only have a couple products, this service is still very good though.

It's definitely one of the best out there !!! It definitely has way more products than the other suppliers, but I still sometimes find It difficult to find new products, as most of the products are available here after the trend has died down so it would be real nice if they could just increase their product range, overall, the experience was very good, the shipping rates, the product rates, I ...

Over all user friendly, lots of good options too. Only sad part is when products randomly are removed from the site, but not auto removed from your store or listed as out of stock. They do send you an email which is helpful.
