I was told I would receive an email yesterday with a resolution and still no response. On top of that the items that I have ordered were transferred to the local carrier a week ago and yet no delivery or tracking update. Customer service

RIP OFF. We upgraded to a plus account only because it was required to access print on demand services. However once we signed up, when we went to look at the print of demand products all it said was catalog "coming soon". and there was absolutely ZERO print on demand products. Om man vill bli lurad på pengar så är denna app ett perfekt sätt. Man signar upp för ett gratis-abonnemang och sen hittar de sätt att ta dina pengar ändå. Att Shopify ens tillåter detta är för mig oförståeligt. Jag kan inte vara den enda som klagat på zendrops luddiga prenumerationsplaner
