Been trying to get help from their team over email and its taking forever they've responded 3 times and not once helped me with the problem

Our Customer Success team does everything they can to respond to all new messages within an hour and all other messages same day. In itself the app and website is pretty good. Well built and easy to import new products to your store. However, when signing up I was promised a "30 day free trial", but I only seem to be able to get a 7 day instead which is not a good way to welcome new people. For beginners this app has a expensive price for the paid plan which you will need to actually use it properly. Because of this I landed on a strong 3 stars since I can`t rate between 3 and 4 stars.

You can use the app completely free using the Starter plan but we do offer the 7-day free trial to test out one of the paid plans. 30 days is something only offered when you have a promo code to apply. amazing bit pricey but shipping is good. Products are good quality and good prices to resell. Overall very good
They offer an excellent service. The site itself is clean and easy to navigate on. They do have parts to scale but it doesn't effect the overall user experience.
So far its amazing. Just got to see how orders go once launching and will update :) Hoping that my new drop shipping business will be successful while working with Zendrop!
