Nyka from the support team went above and beyond to help me figure out and solve an issue I had due to a misunderstanding. She was clear, communicate effectively and kept me updated throughout the entire situation.

Ian was a great help with my Zendrop account, I accidently purchased a pro plan and wanted a refund but instead I was offered 2 months free which I took more than happily. Will continue using Zendrop!

Zendrop's support has been impressive — they respond quickly and efficiently, helping with setup and integration issues. There was one time they took a bit longer to reply, but overall the communication is polite, and the instructions are clear.
