It’s effectively efficient for suppliers needs of delivery to customers and the live coaching and learning academy is worth the upgrade. I have seen a difference in customer sessions just have to get those sales but I know it’s coming one day then consistency will be in order with monthly revenue of E-commerce.

The customer service is awesome. When i had an issue, a representative did more than what I asked for. Gave me the article to look over and on top of that check the issue herself and sent me images to clearly show what I was looking for and even followed up with detailed paragraphs over the topic. Zendrop is decent and they have good customer support but they need to add features where you can ask the supplier to lower the shipping and the cost of the product and ask for variants. the monthly subscription cost is way too high for beginners. sometimes the suppliers will ignore shipping your product and the delivery days will increase. If they want to become the best they need to lower the subscription cost and offer lower price for the products and shipping and also allow drop shippers to speak with suppliers in a monitored chat. the only good thing about Zendrop is the costumer support. this is my honest review.

Zendrop is a great platform for dropshipping. Having a really nice and helpful customer support comes in really handy. Love it!
