app has many good features. unfortunately, the product request feature that I need is not working.

I truly recommend using Zendrop it is easy and quick for all shipping and handling. They also have great training and the customer service is quick and easy as well. You can have any questions or issues resolved in a timely manner so you can get back to selling easy and helping your customers with any issues or questions they may have. Its incredible and invaluable to have in your shop.

I want to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Zendrop.
I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded to my query even via my email address too, in addition to always leaving a line open for me!
Not only were they quick to reply, but they were also extremely friendly and willing to help me with my issue.
I would definitely recommend Zendrop for their efficient and friendly customer service!
