As a begginner dropshipper Zendrop has been a life saver for me, way more simple o use than the other fullfillment service i have tried and a very helpful team

Highly recommended. The assistance from the agents has been fabulous, they have attended to each suggestion I have, they are interested in following up and if in the end they can solve the problem. I had a problem with my billing in connection to my shopify account. Nyka the support person was very helpful, fast and understanding of my situation. I just want to commend this person. More success to Zendrop.

I encountered an issue disconnecting my TikTok Shop from Zendrop without disrupting operations. Resolving it required about an hour of collaboration between Zendrop and TikTok, as the disconnection couldn't be handled directly within Zendrop. Both representatives remained patient and persistent, ensuring all questions were addressed and solutions explored. Ultimately, TikTok resolved the issue, but the teamwork provided valuable insights. This experience highlights the importance of preparing for similar challenges in the future. We successfully achieved the desired outcome thanks to Zendrop's 24/7 customer support.
CS was helpful, so far all good, and I am on the free plan, so I guess the other would be better, but overall I cannot say anything bad about this app and their services!
