Looking Useless where is the damn Live Chat Support.
and to import a product first you will have to start selling without knowing the product price, shipping cost HOW THE HELL will i decide my profit margin.
No Automatic Fullfilling for FREE version is nonsense.

Next time please let your costumers know that you don't have the product in stock, and that the shipping times will be longer than your stated 10-15 days. If you don't communicate with us, how will I know the product is out of stock and will be delayed for possibly another month? Currently have 100+ orders to fulfill. Do better.

Second, I wanted to explain how this works behind the scenes. When it comes to the dropshipping business model, and the thousands of products / factories that we do business with, it's currently incredibly difficult to have a pulse on when something is going to be out of stock or there's a processing delay -- this is something we're informed of after an order is placed and our partners in China inform us of any issues. The only way we'd be able to understand the status of every product in our catalog is if we contacted each factory on a daily basis inquiring about the status of every product they're able to provide. As it stands, with 500k+ different products in our catalog, this isn't possible, but we're working on some very big improvements that will alleviate a lot of these logistical headaches.

I wanted to try the 7 days free trial, but they charged me immediately. Please refund. WHY WOULD YOU SAY FREE 7 DAYS TRIAL IF YOU CHARGE IMMEDIATELY???? WASTING MY TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're in the UK don't bother installing. The items are all from ali express etc only more expensive, delivery takes at least 2 weeks and shipping prices are ridiculous! Very misleading reviews, does shopify actually check they are legit?
Hey there! I just wanted to clarify that we don't do business with AliExpress at all. We source the same or similar products from our own trusted network of factories. We just pull the product listing information so you can start selling as soon as possible when using our AE import feature. This means that the product cost + shipping cost you see on AE is irrelevant (when you go through the full checkout process on AE, choosing a shipping method comparable to Zendrop's, you'll find that they're almost always more expensive, lower quality products, and much longer shipping times). We do not upcharge, no hidden fees, nothing like that. As of writing this message, our shipping times are averaging at around 12 days shipped from China to the US + we have many new US suppliers with great products and super fast shipping times! maybe request reviews once you have noticed it being used for awhile

The new user experience is extremely important, and we've actually gotten some really great feedback from our users who are just starting out. A lot of them wait to complete the onboarding flow 100% until they've had a chance to feel the platform out. Disappointed that i have to pay and subscribe to a plan first in order to get a quote of an item that im currently doing 50-100units a day. I have no problem paying for subscription, just trying to see if this fulfillment is worth the pay and switching over from different suppliers. I would NOT recommend it for an advance dropshipper if you are seeking alternatives.
