I've been using Zendrop for about four months. Customer service did a good job helping me though the process of adding products to my store. Now adding products to my store is a piece of cake. The problem I have is simple every day products you would want e-bike accessories, camping gear, (which I did find but not under camping), pickle ball products are no where to be found. I was going to switch to a different dropshipper but the reviews of all of them are so nightmarish , it just as well to stay. With the Chinese New Year upon us and shipping stopped out of the warehouse until February 12th, that is a store killer in the making. Perhaps Zendrop needs a way to fulfill more in the US to make situations like this less likely to happen.

I’ll give it a 4 star because most of the products I looked for even when paying the yearly subscription were not available for dropping. I requested more than 5 products and all of them couldn’t be found or couldn’t be dropped shipped.
But I must say that the customer service is more than excellent and exceded my expectations. They helped me get my refund and the help I needed. Thank you very much.

Theres still a lot of issues that need to be fixed with their compatibility with tik tok, everyday seemed to be a new issue with tracking or shipping, have only had one tracking issue with shopify though. Just only use US based shipping if you plan to sell through tik tok

Love this app - so easy to use. My issues are that they don't have a research ad feature and that they don't source larger items likes desks & chairs.
Overall, excellent product selection & platform. I am disappointed in the dashboard when it comes to seeing order status. Although customer service is excellent, I shouldn't have to talk to them to find the status of all orders. Once fulfillment is requested, it completely disappears from the dashboard.
