Zendrop: AI Dropshipping & POD

The app is easy to use and the customer support is awsome. I have run into several issues with the function of this app and was confused a lot along the way, luckly I had help support. The quoting process is really confusing on this app and you can't see the cogs of your product from aliexpress untill a purchase is made, which takes another 2-3 days.

Great customer service! Pretty easy to setup and they have a large selection of items! The paid plans are a little pricey if you're just starting out but I've seen worse. Would recommend to anyone getting into dropshipping.

The assistant was helpful with the minor problems i had. The app is really easy to use.

Only bad thing is prices for U.S products. I don’t know if it’s fast shipping or this inflation but man are US products high.

Tiene un catalogo amplio pero es complicado buscar el producto el buscador no esta muy optimizado, deberian agregar la busqueda por fotos para estar reduciendo el uso de atencion al cliente

I would definitely recommend zendrop. You actually get to ask questions and chat during their live sessions, very helpful! They are also very responsive when you need help with the system. They are still working on getting more products but overall, definitely try this company!

A good and wide selection, but backpacks for schoolchildren and all bags under the word bags are hard to find. They should be separated into school bags, accessories could be used for all smaller bags for cosmetics ....

Zendrop is great because you find a wide variety of products to put on your shopify store and they do the work of importing products and that information directly to your store!

Though I will say this, the product photos and/ or product descriptions can be lacking and you might have to go to other sites in order to find more information about a product instead of relying completely on zendrop

The customer service is great though and you can answers very quickly and the staff is super friendly.

This is all based on the Free Plan and as a store owner who has not sold any products to customers, there could be other caveats down the line but for now, it's a good place for beginners

Also a big plus is being able to import from aliexpress but that is available on the higher tiers now

Support is very responsive, but when it comes to sourcing your product, if you have a very specific product you want, it may take a few repeated attempts with the same product link to get it. Or not at all. If you only have a couple products, this service is still very good though.

Ellah, the young lady that supported throughout was purposeful with her support and followed Purple Blue Wellbeing through to the outcome with an emoji smile. Appreciated.
