Honestly an amazing dropshipping service, they provide an amazing user experience, with even greater ways to add products to your shop.
The customer support is always super quick and they solve and help you step by step. It's definitely worth the money.
I would recommend this to anyone who is just starting out, and to experienced dropshippers!
I subscribed through a promo that provided an annual Plus membership + $140 order credits for 140 USD. This included 20 sourcing requests too - which were sourced quite fast (within 1-2 days). The order credits weren't credited to my account but after emails with the service team, it was quickly rectified. So far, so good.
Zendrop isn't able to perform what they advertise. I gave 2 stars because they at least fulfilled the orders (barely) but there have been so many problems with fulfillment. My first product took 5 weeks to get the customer, second product took 4 weeks. There were packages that got sent back to the warehouse but nobody notified me, 2 out of my 8 orders were missing a key component. I tried to use the Amazon supplier but the items listed aren't accurate. They may confirm that the product is available, but it can go out of stock as soon as you fulfill the order. When I reached out to support, Brenda said "Unfortunately, inventory levels can change rapidly in dropshipping. The product was available when you placed your order, but the supplier's stock was depleted shortly after." The only thing that is good about Zendrop is their support. Even then not every response is accurate. I was told Amazon products get shipped in plain packaging, then it arrives in Amazon packaging. Not really sure how to use them for fulfillment when I can't trust if/when the product will be fulfilled. I've been trying to use them for over a year to get my store off the ground, I give up

Zendrop has been a game-changer for my Shopify store. The platform is easy to use, the product catalog is well-organized, and the fulfillment is smooth and reliable. Hands down the best experience I've had. I found Zendrop through Davie Fogarty's YouTube video and I'm blown away by their transparency with product and shipping prices. But what really impresses me is their customer service - super helpful and lightning-fast responses, often within 2 minutes. Pauline was fantastic. Definitely sticking with Zendrop

Honestly, I’ve tried the three biggest dropshipping platforms, but Zendrop has proven to be not only the most professional and well-structured, but also the most thoughtful and client-oriented. I ran into some tough fulfillment issues using Zendrop — slow shipping from China, inconsistent product quality, and pricing or stock issues with items sourced from Amazon. These hiccups made it difficult to deliver a reliable customer experience, especially when you're just getting started.
To their credit, Zendrop’s support team stepped up after my initial review. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely tried to make things right. That effort matters.
They also offered a path forward: placing bulk orders (100+ units) that they can stock in their warehouse to reduce shipping times. While that’s not a solution for every seller, it does give growing stores more control as they scale.
There’s still room to improve on supplier reliability, but the platform itself is solid — and the support team clearly cares about your success.

The app itself is solid, and support is generally helpful — once you figure out how to bypass the chatbot to get real answers.
Where I’ve run into consistent issues is with the most important part: actually, receiving the products.
If you're sourcing from China to the U.S., expect long (sometimes endless) shipping times and zero quality control. I ordered four of the same item — one arrived completely different from the others.
You’ll also notice a lot of products sourced from Amazon. That sounds great in theory (faster delivery, local sourcing), but in practice, pricing often jumps right when you place the order, or the item is suddenly out of stock — sometimes both.
Ultimately, I’ve had to source products elsewhere just to fulfill orders and avoid disappointing customers.
I understand I’m not a high-volume store (yet), but you’ll never become one if you can’t reliably deliver what customers buy.

I worked very hard for months to set up my shopify store and connected all the products I wanted to sell from Zendrop. My first order the item was out of stock. I was notified it was out of stock AFTER the order was placed then immediately received another email stating that the price went up. So I had to refund my first order. (that costs me money) My second order I placed personally and one out of the three items I ordered was out of stock and never received a notification what's so ever. I go back to Zendrop to check products and sure enough all of a sudden they say out of stock. Then I replace it with a different item just to go through the same thing when that item was in their catalog and then an hour later there was an order for that item and oh it's out of stock. This company sucks. I have now shut down my store and will have to find another supplier because Zendrop can't prove to me what inventory they have and what they don't. I also get messages saying they can not ship to this country. I am in the US and only selling to the US. This should not be an issue. Now their help is useless. It is an AI bot and until you tell it to contact a rep you just need to go through all the help files. When you do they say inventory changes minute to minute, then when you ask for help the bot tells you " Implement or enhance notification systems to alert both the business and the customers when items are close to being out of stock or completely out. Many ecommerce platforms offer plugins or built-in features for this purpose." Well Zendrop why am I not being notified when items go out of stock. I think i have received three notices of items I had on my store that either the price changed or the item was just no longer available before I turned on my store. Once I turned my store on I got nothing. This is not a way to do business. Now I have to go find multiple suppliers for my products and purchase inventory. This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had starting a business. Don't believe the gurus when they say drop shipping is the way to go that is a bunch of BS. Don't use this company they are horrible. As soon as I can fix my inventory and product issues. I will be asking for a full refund, which I doubt I will get. I just can't believe that people put up with this. Read the 5 star reviews and the first few I read both said my first order the item was out of stock but yet they still gave them a 5 star review because some help desk guy told them what was already in the help desk files. Don't get me wrong I get things go out of stock but so far 2/3 of items ordered through my store are out of stock and I go no notification. That just seems wrong to me.

Zendrop broke everything we built
We trusted them with a fast-growing store, gave them serious volume, and even paid for their premium plan thinking this would be a long-term partnership. But Zendrop failed us at every level.
They increased product prices silently, with no notice, forcing us to rebuild our entire offer. Then, just as we fixed things and launched new campaigns, they let our supplier run out of stock without a single alert or warning. Not a single update. We only found out after spending money on ads and getting flooded with new orders that we could not fulfill.
Support? Absolutely useless. Same generic replies every time. They said they were working on it, but nothing happened. Our team kept following up, while Zendrop quietly closed tickets without solving anything. This is not support, this is abandonment.
We were prepared to scale hard. Our campaigns were running, everything was optimized, and the business was growing daily. Zendrop stopped it all. They delayed us for weeks, killed customer trust, and left us with refund messes and bad reviews to clean up.
Zendrop is not built for serious sellers. Their backend is broken, their systems are unreliable, and their agents are not trained to handle real volume or urgency. We came in ready to build a big brand. Now we are walking away with lessons, losses, and a promise to warn every serious seller do not rely on Zendrop.
