I started selling a product through Zendrop and invested heavily in advertising, only to find out later that it went out of stock without any notice. Zendrop's only 'solution' was to suggest a replacement item that didn’t even remotely match what I was originally selling. After all the time, effort, and money I had poured into promoting this product, Zendrop left me with no other option than to refund the customers – completely disregarding my advertising expenses and the financial loss on my end. This level of service is unacceptable. Zendrop should be supporting new sellers, not trapping them in situations where they end up bearing all the risk and cost alone. Absolutely disappointing!

My issue with those drop-ship apps is that they make u you the monthly fees! plus they charge you the higher price for the product! so either take your profit from the product or the monthly subscription! so for that i have stopped using them! very expensive usage fees for low bar quality products!

my zendrop can't not be used. who shall I refer to? I tried many ways can't use the ai. storebuilder. I tried uninstall the app and try to restore and reconnect. But it says Your account XXXgmail.com doesn't have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page.then I follow the step and start another account but now it says Zendrop allows only one active store connection. It is too hard to use.

Be careful. I installed this app to test it out. I never actually used it but was secretly charged $19 every month until I noticed.

I had the opportunity to try Zendrop, but as soon as I installed it, I was charged a fee directly before I even started using it. So I immediately deleted it and sent it back to CJ dropshipping. I think you should not use it at all. It is an application that has a small number of products and requires money for everything. Good thing we have CJ.

You sent an invoice to my account 3 days after installing your application. How can this happen? I will not pay this and I will close my card for withdrawals in your name. For your information, why can't I reach customer service?

Zendrop is a total scam I went for a free plan and then they just automatically charge me 95 dollars that I wasn’t aware of through my account so be aware who you do business eith

Nightmare, I deleted after two days and got billed $45.64. Do not install this app to try it out because you will get billed.

This application is completely fraudulent.
I inquired about my eligibility for a specific onboarding offer, and while Juan was verifying it, he blocked my in-app messenger.
I created a second account, provided my actual account details, and questioned why they did that, only to have both accounts deactivated. This is a total scam; I've lost hundreds of dollars because of it.
Their primary goal seems to be to defraud users and profit themselves.
