Zendrop ‑ Dropshipping & POD

Customer Service has been top notch. From quickly sourcing products to fantastic customer service, I have enjoyed setting up my store so far with their products. Overall it's a pretty easy-to-use app, I'm excited to see how the process works once I get up and running. I know they are highly recommend by many dropshipping folks and am happy to join them in saying you won't regret it.

I've been using Zendrop for my Shopify store, and I couldn't be happier! The platform makes it incredibly easy to find and source products from various suppliers. best app. The team is very supportive and helps us to do better and helps us at every point and is available in 2 minutes when ever we need help. the products are not listed in the main categories like if we search home decor, there would be very less products but if we search specific products then there are whole lot of products.

They have a support team that reacts very quickly, which really helps with urgent questions. The app itself works very well; it's easy to use, and there are no complications when using it. The only feedback I would give is to provide the ability to know beforehand what the discount is when you have an order of 2 products or more, instead of finding out how much you save only after the customer has placed the order.

Support is on point with responding/reaching out to manufacturers about products/listings. Very easy to find what your looking for and I appreciate the transparency of the platform. No hidden fees and importing a product is so simple to do. I use the plus version and i'd say it's worth it for the price

Fast, friendly and fabulous! Am working on some Christmas POD mugs for my General Store, and support was quick, professional and friendly, helping me through the process.. I can't speak highly enough of them (Juan!!) and the way they have assisted. This is a great platform!

zendrop is a great platform to work with. you can quickly add products and have a good team that is always there to help you. for example i needed a replacement product because it was broken. it was quickly and professionally solved by the zendrop team! thanks for that!
