Poort Support. I had billing questions and their support was no where to be found. They are charging amounts that i dont see it in billing section of their platform. Completely useless platform.

Great app for dropshipping. Unlike some of the other apps that make it very difficult to search for products and get more detail about them, they have excellent product descriptions and a great keyword search.
I don't usually like to write bad reviews for apps but I had to in this case. I was satisfied with this app at first, and received a sample order from them which I was happy with. I then began marketing my store and getting sales, then came back to the app to start fulfillment shortly after and they jacked up the price of the same item I got a sample for by 4x the price for no reason. I didn't receive any help after talking to support and was just dismissed. Would not recommend this app, use another one instead.
Hey there -- thanks so much for your honest feedback! I believe what happened here is that a very old product listing was being used which had incorrect pricing. The pricing was then updated but wasn't properly explained in the process. I actually already emailed you about this but I haven't received a response yet. I use this app to help me get products to my customers quickly. It works great! The customer service is first rate. And they get back to you quickly. I highly recommend them.
Easy to use this fulfillment platform with reasonable prices and good customer service. Awesome product selection.
New to using the app, but so far, so good. Wish it had more options for outdoor gear......fishing, hunting, etc.
