Customer support is always the most important aspect that I consider when I am choosing an app. As chatbots that give you documentation become normal nowadays, a human who reassures you with solutions promptly can help reduce your frustration, especially for a new startup.
Zendrop is pretty good. Fast support. They helped me ship my orders pretty well. I appreciate their help.

seems like a great app, I have just had a few complications with orders not showing up though, from what I hear, that seems to be just a me problem though

Love this app - so easy to use. My issues are that they don't have a research ad feature and that they don't source larger items likes desks & chairs.

Tiene un catalogo amplio pero es complicado buscar el producto el buscador no esta muy optimizado, deberian agregar la busqueda por fotos para estar reduciendo el uso de atencion al cliente
Customer service is top notch!
The website could use a little work though most listings don't contain enough information about the product with just generic text and pictures. Also if you switch suppliers the orders you currently have don't get updated and it's impossible to update them. So you have to either use the old supplier for those orders or duplicate the orders on shopify to work around this. But if you duplicate on shopify your customers order # changes and they get new emails cause loads of confusion for them and reflecting badly on the level of professionalism of the store.
Also when trying to use the import from AliExpress app it failed to get pictures of variants and just listed Ali SKU's which could not be found anywhere on Ali, even in page code, so it was impossible to match the variants to the actual product you wanted to link.
With that said, the customer services is always there to help where they can and make it work. And the service itself, of packaging products and adding cards is great.
