The Customer Service from Zendrop is second to none. I had issues with a different selling platform and their customer service was some of the worst I have seen. Then Zendrop helped me figure out a solution and confirms my commitment to Zendrop for my Dropshipping & POD.
Very easy wesbite to navigate. Lots of selection of things to choose from. Shipping in less than 2 weeks. Very helpful customer service. Negatives are that they dont have a phone number to call to reach a live person, just chat. And I think they should develop an app. The orders page could be a little more detailed too. Thanks
great products, fantastic customer support with continuous update for both stock and price changes.....would highly recomend
Overall support when needed is great! However, I am still figuring out the best way to have a complete communication cycle when facing product availability and processing time challenges. I still recommend the app.
Amazingly easy and their customer service are so responsive and helpful
I really love Zendrop, their products are vetted to ensure quality and their shipping times are really good! Zendrop also offers refunds on all orders as long as you refund your customers first, this is an amazing policy! However, Zendrop’s support sucks. Luckily, there’s an extensive FAQ page and Bot support to answer most questions you may have. I’d definitely recommend this app.

I find this app so easy to use. Very happy with the connection to my Shopify store and how it works. :-)
