Zendrop-Dropshipping support team have great customer service. They go over and above to make sure your problem is solved and if they can't they will reach out to others to make sure they solve your issues. They take time to listen to there customers and act accordingly. I cant thank them enough for there support today.

Just got help from Jacob. Super informative on what I was having difficulty with. Wrote out a step by step process and now the problem is solved.

Excellent Customer Service Experience with Zendrop -
I’ve had a great experience with Zendrop so far. I encountered an issue with my business in the early hours of the morning, around 3:30 AM, and didn’t expect a quick response from their customer support team. To my surprise, I received a reply within moments. The representative was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue in just a few minutes. Zendrop’s service is fast, efficient, and friendly. Highly impressed and very satisfied!
Fast, friendly and fabulous! Am working on some Christmas POD mugs for my General Store, and support was quick, professional and friendly, helping me through the process.. I can't speak highly enough of them (Juan!!) and the way they have assisted. This is a great platform!

I am very satisfied with the support. I had an issue with an order that just came in, as it wasn't showing up in the Zendrop "Orders." I contacted support and received a very quick response from the lovely Jo Anne, who was able to provide me with an answer right away. Thank you for the help. I haven't been using Zendrop for long, but I have no complaints so far. Thanks for the help, Jo Anne, and here's to a great collaboration!
Support is on point with responding/reaching out to manufacturers about products/listings. Very easy to find what your looking for and I appreciate the transparency of the platform. No hidden fees and importing a product is so simple to do. I use the plus version and i'd say it's worth it for the price

Ive had a great experience with all the zendrop live agents. They have all helped me with my orders, and helped me have a great experience. Usman and Jemima have been great.
Very helpful customer support, i was trying to resolve the issue and they said that the developer team is gonna may take 24-48hours.. I didn't expect to be that fast, because as soon as i check, after just 20 minutes they fixed everything, 5 stars, recommend
