I was not used to communicating fully through the app, I prefer to speak to someone in person, but I got the help I needed with my account. Jemina and Molly were very helpful and understanding, and I appreciate their help. I also love attending the Academy with Thomas, he is the best and so patient and helpful. I feel I would have given up if it wasn't for Thomas's encouragement. Thank you Zendrop!

It is my first time getting in to Dropshipping, and am fortunate enough to have Zendrop on myside. Their customer service is spot on and a rereally friendly. Also the products? have ya'll seen their products? It's top notch with hundereds of winning products. If you aint with Zendrop than, you are missing out. Thank you to the Zendrop team for their support and great customer service. Can't wait to make some money!!!LETTSSSGOOOO

Best customer service in the dropshipping industry. Shipping fees and the requirement to make a minimum of $15,000 in monthly sales to facilitate bulk purchases are a bit annoying. but the service is good.

The app itself is solid, and support is generally helpful — once you figure out how to bypass the chatbot to get real answers.

Where I’ve run into consistent issues is with the most important part: actually, receiving the products.

If you're sourcing from China to the U.S., expect long (sometimes endless) shipping times and zero quality control. I ordered four of the same item — one arrived completely different from the others.

You’ll also notice a lot of products sourced from Amazon. That sounds great in theory (faster delivery, local sourcing), but in practice, pricing often jumps right when you place the order, or the item is suddenly out of stock — sometimes both.

Ultimately, I’ve had to source products elsewhere just to fulfill orders and avoid disappointing customers.

I understand I’m not a high-volume store (yet), but you’ll never become one if you can’t reliably deliver what customers buy.

I was initially having some trouble updating inventory based on instructions provided to me by the service desk team - after some back and forth one of their senior customer care managers hopped in and provided some personal assistance and we were able to work through the problems I was having. Problems solved! After this experience my confidence with their service has been restored. Much appreciated.

I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for some of my store orders to be shipped. Despite raising multiple complaints, Juan keeps telling me to wait patiently. It’s been more than two weeks now, and he’s still asking me to wait.

To make matters worse, they deactivated my account without fulfilling my orders or issuing a refund.

This has caused me to lose both customer trust and money.

I feel like I’ve been scammed by Zendrop.

I've been using Zendrop for my e-commerce business and I'm thoroughly satisfied with the service. The platform is user-friendly, making order fulfillment and product sourcing a breeze.
