I had an issue with my subscription, and the support team responded very quickly—within two to three minutes—through the help bubble at the bottom right corner of the page. They resolved the problem just as fast, within 10 minutes, during which they collected some additional information about my issue.
2 out of 2 products that i've sold have had stock issues, but both times the support team resolved the issue very quickly
you will have to contact customers asking them about replacements, but it's part of the job

I have been using Zendrop for about 8 months and they truly have been amazing the whole time any questions I needed answered or any problem I've ever come across that needed fixed they did promptly along with being super nice I give a 9/10 only thing better would being able to get the perks of being a VIP member before reaching the required sales needed but that's ok
