Zendrop ‑ Dropshipping & POD

Great app, great support. Overall experience fast fulfilment and fast shipping. When issues have been encountered the support team have responded quickly and helpful.

In watching the videos during set up, some of the options shown aren't available or lack functionality to properly operate the store and over two weeks later I still can't open my store. No live customer service only email which is a HUGE time delay is resolving issues. If there is live support, I wouldn't know where to find it so if it's there, they aren't' making it easy to use

As usual, I received support from Zendrop with very quick response and resolution. Molly K. who helped me this time was very supportive, knowledgable of their internal processes and resourceful.

It is in fact a great app for dropshipping. Their staff is always there and willing to assist. I have pointed out some areas of opportunity to improve which I don’t see any action taken as of yet.

I know that I can count on them at any time. Orders are also always delivered on time and all problems are solved by the Zendrop team quickly and successfully.
