5 day refund policy + unreasonable customer service meant I was charged and refused a refund for downloading the app for about 20 minutes while I was showing someone... Free plan available? Not so sure.

the team is so incredibly helpful. Nyka and Jo dont leave me hanging or confused, and they carefully follow each ticket I opened, it helps so much on the journal of building my e-commerce business.

I can highly recommend Zendrop for dropshippers. Their UX is very user friendly compared to some other similar companies out there. I had also a great customer service experience with Hasnain, who answered in a second and I got immediate response on my question.

I had one heck of top quality support from the team at Zendrop particularly Mariane who stuck with the connecting problem I had connecting Zendrop to my Shopify theme. I created the problem myself by testing two accounts at once with different emails. Mariane stuck with it and after many attempts Mariane Fixed the problem and stayed until I tested the complete Zendrop App.
In all my professional years, I know that SUCCESSFUL Companies such as Shopify Apple Amazon Zendrop that their success is created by supplying top class 24/7 quality LIVE HUMAN support !
