I get all the help I need, and it's easy to understand step by step if I need assistance. I also get very quick responses back! It's very enjoyable and easy to collaborate with Zendrop.

Loving this app. Their support is especially helpful if you have a technical problem with a listing. I had trouble sourcing an item I had already listed due to a technical difficulty, and they helped me come up with a creative solution while they worked on the bug.

I am still learning the idea of all of this and the chat help feature has been great for learning. The AI chat can answer most questions but the real time conversation with a specialist helped clarify things. Love it so far.
