Hello my name is Matthew Honeycutt and I'm a complete beginner when it comes to drop shipping I had no prior experience selling online or anything of that nature I was really struggling in life literally about to be homeless and laid off from work for several months I had always flirted with the idea of trying drop shipping I just had no idea where to start until I discovered zen drop. It's a truly amazing platform when I feel short on knowledge there were people and resources to help me with any questions that I had . They also connected my store to the Zen drop platform and helped me to set it all up to where it is fully automated it literally saved tons of time and completes 90% of the work for you so you can focus on your marketing and product research it's truly an amazing platform do yourself a favor and give it a try
So far I have no problems with this app, everything is very easy and intuitive to do. I am very satisfied
Do not download the shopify app: Zendrop. If you are looking for a review and a reason to not download this app extension here it is. The app says free to download and free to use but then charges you excessively. The products on the app are all overpriced, easily broken, and resent to you from china and other places out of the country. I am very unsatisfied with Zendrop especially because of the scam the CEO has decided to use to make money. It is not right.

Used to be a really good app, but not anymore. Since recently, they won't refund you anymore for products that customers want to return. This means it will cost you money anytime a customer wants a refund, making dropshipping with Zendrop not profitable anymore.

Honestly, it didn´t take more than 2 minutes and someone already contacted me and checked my issue.
I´m very impressed by that, because usually online support doesn´t work that fast.

The integration with Shopify is reliable and easy. Customer service is top-notch with super prompt responses. I do wish they had more on-trend variety of products, though.
