I like the app but it is kind of confusing because I have to learn to navigate it. Jobelle, Ernesto and Cyril were very helpful, Professional and friendly.

Using Zendrop for a while now never got premium trial and you dont need in the beginning, free one is good enough if you just trying products. Customer support team are the g's ngl always answer your question, the bot they have is kinda cooked tho no clue whats going on in his fake brain but i guess hes trying his best. 5 stars would recommend using

Overall support when needed is great! However, I am still figuring out the best way to have a complete communication cycle when facing product availability and processing time challenges. I still recommend the app.
