I love using Zendrop for my online store. The customer service is amazing and do all they can do to help. They are over five stars with their service.

Their customer support is insanely quick and detailed, they are able to understand your questions and give you the relevant details fast and accurately!

So far so good. Customer service is good, however this is based in only one interaction with them, which my problem Was solved efficiently.

Had to transfer my Plan from one account to another because I activated the wrong plan on the wrong account. Ms Jobelle walked me through the process of deactivating the plan on the account that it wasn't needed then went ahead and transferred the plan to the correct account. She was truly patient with me, because it took me a minute to grasp everything she was telling me to do, even though broken down really simple. Truly appreciated the help.

Zendrop's support team exceeded my expectations with their patient and friendly assistance.
