Ian was a great help with my Zendrop account, I accidently purchased a pro plan and wanted a refund but instead I was offered 2 months free which I took more than happily. Will continue using Zendrop!

Recently had some issues with the zendrop billing. So contacted the customer service agent . Shiza , was a great in helping me out with the issue . She was very patient with our queries and very considerate in regards to our problems . I highly appreciate the quick response and solutions provided.

I started selling a product through Zendrop and invested heavily in advertising, only to find out later that it went out of stock without any notice. Zendrop's only 'solution' was to suggest a replacement item that didn’t even remotely match what I was originally selling. After all the time, effort, and money I had poured into promoting this product, Zendrop left me with no other option than to refund the customers – completely disregarding my advertising expenses and the financial loss on my end. This level of service is unacceptable. Zendrop should be supporting new sellers, not trapping them in situations where they end up bearing all the risk and cost alone. Absolutely disappointing!

I started using Zendrop in May 2024 when I set up my Shopify store, opting for the $79/month plan based on Shopify’s recommendation. As a newcomer to dropshipping, it took a few months to get my store running smoothly, but once I started making sales, I quickly encountered issues with Zendrop.
Unfortunately, Zendrop frequently dropped the ball on orders. They would process an order, only to notify me days later that the product was out of stock. On one occasion, they informed me—after several days—that an item couldn’t be shipped to a U.S. address. I also encountered products with incorrect descriptions or images, and even fake products that violated patent laws. The lack of proper size charts and unclear color variant labeling, such as "4456" or "style 1," added to the confusion.
One of the most frustrating experiences was when Zendrop charged me more than the listed price for a product. After confirming the original price on their site, I contacted customer service, only to be put on hold for 30 minutes. I was eventually told the price had changed, and they refused to honor the price that was currently listed.
These issues, while seemingly small, compounded over time and negatively impacted my business and my customers' experiences. I’m disappointed with Zendrop and their lack of reliability so for my business I will be looking for a different drop shipping vender.

Zendrop is the place to be when starting a drop shipping journey. To me its very easy to use. Simple to import products to your store. Great service overall. I would recommend upgrading to Zenddrop Premium and get the academy and coaching calls.
