I started selling a product through Zendrop and invested heavily in advertising, only to find out later that it went out of stock without any notice. Zendrop's only 'solution' was to suggest a replacement item that didn’t even remotely match what I was originally selling. After all the time, effort, and money I had poured into promoting this product, Zendrop left me with no other option than to refund the customers – completely disregarding my advertising expenses and the financial loss on my end. This level of service is unacceptable. Zendrop should be supporting new sellers, not trapping them in situations where they end up bearing all the risk and cost alone. Absolutely disappointing!

Ain't gonna lie this is the best supplier, fulfillment, and many more. I literally got $100 order credit with plus plan which is giving me room to spend and the customer service is top notch ngl. If you're not using this as sending your product i don't know what you are doing

I always read reviews before purchasing something. I did my research before signing up for Zendrop. My experience with customer support was like no other. Seriously top notch. My questions were handled within minutes and it was so easy and smooth. I can't say that for a lot of other companies. Having great customer service builds loyalty and trust with clients and customers.

So far the access to products is great- wide variety and seems to be good quality. Shipping does take long for certain areas, though prices are reasonable, for both products and shipping.
I had misunderstood an issue and was it handled with much patience from the team.
