Excellent app with a good customer service
Very fast with response
Issue with integrating app to shopify, I am certain its shopify causing this issue however Zendrop cannot assists to fix this issue as they are saying its shopify who is at fault, but shopify is blaming Zendrop, wasted over 8hr dealing with this issue and still not resolved

I will say, the app was not yet set up for pod, which is my interest. However, I did have a problem trying to uninstall the app and Cyril with Zendrop took care of it immediately. They have a very responsive customer service department.
