I wanted to share a very pleasant experience, I will say right away, Zendrop support is the best support I have ever met, when adding a product from Zendrop to Shopify, I had an unknown problem, I wrote to support, they told me that it was just a technical problem, and within 24 hours it was solved, after which I faced the problem that I could not add several variants of the product at a time, ...

Had an issue with an order and Ivan sorted it very quickly and thoroughly. big up to ivan

Contacted the support team on numerous occasions. They're quick to respond and always aid in my query. I was helped by Jobelle recently who supported me with numerous questions. Couldn't fault it.

So far the access to products is great- wide variety and seems to be good quality. Shipping does take long for certain areas, though prices are reasonable, for both products and shipping.
I had misunderstood an issue and was it handled with much patience from the team.

Sometimes they help right away and other times they also help but slower.
