I subscribed to Zendrop's yearly service in January, paying $197, but I've never been able to use it. In June, I hired someone to start using Zendrop for dropshipping, but for months, the app was unable to facilitate dropshipping from Alibaba due to technical difficulties. Despite being patient and waiting for a resolution, Zendrop's issues persisted, making it impossible for me to use the service I paid for.
After months of being unable to utilize the platform, I requested a refund, which Zendrop refused to provide. I cannot justify paying $197 for a service that I was never able to use due to their technical problems. I'm now preparing to take legal action, as I believe it's unacceptable to pay for something and receive nothing in return

I just wanted to share how thankful I am of Shiza. I goof up and selected AI to build a store, not knowing that it would create a brand new store. Turns out the username and password was lost before I was able to write it down, so I could not access the newly created account to remove it from my Zendrop account. Shiza helped in removing the unwanted store and connect me to my store. Thanks Shiza for handling my mix-up quickly and professionally.
