I'm new to the whole dropshipping scene. Zendrop has done a great job getting me up and running. One critique... Be clear to explain the different warehouses that the product is in. This is important because if you put your products on TikTok, they absolutely do not like products being shipped outside the U.S. So I would make sure to only add products from the Zendrop US warehouse. There customer service is great and they have helped a lot. Thanks Zendrop!
12/29/24 Update: Khubaib helped me today and he was very thorough in explaining some things to me. Being fairly new, some situations I didn't know how to deal with and he helped greatly with that. Thanks Khubaib!

Great company to work with. I love that they source products from trusted suppliers and by linking the products to my store the fulfilment process is smooth. The reps are always available 24/7 and very knowledgeable.
Today I made a mistake when adding a payment. I wrote an email and the support team took care of it immediately and was promised a reimbursement. They also offered me a free month to try the app and learn the basics to establish my online store. Looking forward to working with Zendrop!

Zendrop is great for dropshipping. I especially love their customer service - I am up at all hours working on my business and I can rely on their customer service team to respond in a timely matter. Sometimes even at a very odd hour.
Despite some technical issues they experience periodically on their end (which is understandable since they are also a business that is constantly improving), I still think Zendrop is the best on the market and is my primary dropshipping vendor. I highly recommend Zendrop

Hi guys, first I would like to thank zendrop for this amazing app where you have access to a wide range of features, one being the print on demand feature, where you can print logo's on almost any products and so much more. I follow ethan king on YouTube and he provide's great content on dropshipping, what products are trending, what to buy etc, the support team are quite swift to respond whenever you get stuck or have question's that need answers. I love the customer support that I received when I inconterred problems and when I requested to deactivate a duplicate account. Nyka was excellent and I appreciate the live chat which make it easy to resolve problems expediantly.
Great communication with support. They got back to me quickly with a direct answer to my question. Very helpful. Good service.
