I would not recommend Zendrop, even if you're on the Plus Plan. Their "Top Trending," "New Arrivals," and "Best Sellers" categories, along with the extras, are simply not worth it. I ordered a sample from Zendrop Fulfillment, and they sent the wrong type. It's baffling that they messed up a sample order. Now, I have to wait another 15 business days for a replacement. How can I trust them with my regular orders if they can't handle a simple sample correctly?

Additionally, Zendrop lacks the necessary declarations of conformity and certificates for products that require them. This omission means you can't use their products on TikTok, eliminating a significant market opportunity.

Overall, Zendrop has been a huge waste of time and money. I would not recommend their services.

I was told I would receive an email yesterday with a resolution and still no response. On top of that the items that I have ordered were transferred to the local carrier a week ago and yet no delivery or tracking update. Customer service

My journey with Zendrop, filled with anticipation for a business boost, morphed into a narrative speckled with delays and financial drains:

- Delivery Delays: A staggering 95% of my customer orders arrived at least two weeks late, shaking the foundations of customer trust and satisfaction I had worked hard to build.

- Financial Loss: The delay epidemic resulted in a domino effect of refunds, culminating in a $2800 loss in one week, a significant hit to my operational budget.

- Customer Support: The mantra "it's out of our control" became a recurring theme in communications with Zendrop's support team, echoing over 100 times without offering solid solutions or assurances.

- Operational Inefficiencies: These issues bring to light critical questions about what Zendrop genuinely controls if quality, delivery times, and process management seem beyond their grasp.

This experience underscores a need for reliability and control in the dropshipping arena—qualities that are non-negotiable for any business aiming to thrive.

Horrible customer service, as a seasoned dropshipper I am very disappointed with their customer service team. Upgraded to the Plus and was hoping I can import reviews, but guess what Zendrop doesn't offer native review integrations. Which was fine until I contacted support team, looking for a workaround to where I can import reviews from aliexpress, so here i am seeking for a solution to be able to find said products on aliexpress once I have imported products from zendrop to my shopify store. THERE IS ABSOUTELY NO WAY TO FIND YOUR PRODUCTS FROM ZENDROP ON ALIEXPRESS WITHOUT SEARCHING FOR THE PRODUCTS YOUR SELF ON ALIEXPRESS, WASTE OF TIME FULL OF HASSLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP.

RIP OFF. We upgraded to a plus account only because it was required to access print on demand services. However once we signed up, when we went to look at the print of demand products all it said was catalog "coming soon". and there was absolutely ZERO print on demand products. This is deceptive because their website and marketing says you get print on demand with a plus membership at $79 per month. there is no free trial either, they charge you right away. so we paid $79 just to find out the one thing we wanted to look into with them was not available. I am wondering why there are so many good reviews on here. Our experience within minutes of signing up is not good at all.

I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for some of my store orders to be shipped. Despite raising multiple complaints, Juan keeps telling me to wait patiently. It’s been more than two weeks now, and he’s still asking me to wait.

To make matters worse, they deactivated my account without fulfilling my orders or issuing a refund.

This has caused me to lose both customer trust and money.

I feel like I’ve been scammed by Zendrop.

Om man vill bli lurad på pengar så är denna app ett perfekt sätt. Man signar upp för ett gratis-abonnemang och sen hittar de sätt att ta dina pengar ändå. Att Shopify ens tillåter detta är för mig oförståeligt. Jag kan inte vara den enda som klagat på zendrops luddiga prenumerationsplaner

Customer service is non existent. They'll charge you $79 even after you cancel the free trail and then they refuse to refund. Plus they add $100 to the account that's meant to be used towards orders, but when you don't have any orders they still won't return the $100 and it'll just sit in the account forever. Would not use again in the future.
