I have to say that joining Zendrop is one of the best decisions I have made, I love the products and their customer service. My last issue I was helped by Kelley and the support was excellent, my billing question was answered then given information I needed for setting up another account. Joining the Plus Plan was also a great move.

There has never been a time when I had an issue and had to contact support and they couldn't help me. My last issue I was helped by Jobelle and the support was excellent, my billing question was answered then given information I needed for setting up another account. Joining the Plus Plan was also a great move, because of all the benefits including the live trainings. These are done weekly and are full of knowledge and ideas on growing your business, Thomas is a great teacher

The support team has been great. I am still trying to figure out the ins and outs of the application, but everyone was very helpful at zendrop.

Tiene un catalogo amplio pero es complicado buscar el producto el buscador no esta muy optimizado, deberian agregar la busqueda por fotos para estar reduciendo el uso de atencion al cliente

Great service! There was an issue with stock, ZenDrop reached out to me. I was on chat with Nyka, who was in contact with the supplier. Nyka offered great service, and we solved the problem. Works well and efficient.

I just spent about 1 hour on the phone with the Zendrop support team via chat. I worked on a problem all day that i could not figure out. I finally asked for some help and found a great person on the other end. She was knowledgeable patient and helpful. I can't say enough about the support and my experience. Way to go ZenDrop i will be a client for a long time.

Juan as very quick and helped me navigate easily. The shipping price and cogs very low here for my product.
