Every time I have a question or need to go over some issues, they are very quick to reply and provide answers and solution until I understand and all is resolved. If no one is available to chat live, then I get a notification via email letting me know when someone is ready and available to chat. I am always satisfied with their customer service! Thank you! :)

Joining Zendrop has been one of the best decisions I've made. I love their products, and their customer service is excellent. Every time I've had an issue and needed to contact support, they've been able to help me. Their platform is also very easy to use.

I have been using Zendrop for about 8 months and they truly have been amazing the whole time any questions I needed answered or any problem I've ever come across that needed fixed they did promptly along with being super nice I give a 9/10 only thing better would being able to get the perks of being a VIP member before reaching the required sales needed but that's ok

Zendrop is an absolute game-changer for my e-commerce business! It’s hands down the best tool I’ve found for streamlining product sourcing and fulfillment. The interface is user-friendly and makes managing my store so much easier.

Zendrop is the best supplier. You can use it for free, so you dont have anything to lose.
They have the best support team I've ever experienced. I always ask for the exact sizing chart by the factory and I always receive it in about 24h.

The whole app is very easy to use, even if you have never dropshipped before.

The only two negative things about zendrop are the search feature (sometimes its hard to find the specific product you are looking for) and the product price. Its a bit higher. Another thing is the rather small product catalogue. But thats not a big problem because you can source pretty much any other product.

I really recommend zendrop. Especially for beginners.

J'ai reçu des réponses rapides dans la journée du support Zendrop. Il n'y a pas d'agent parlant français. Il faut traduire leurs réponses si besoin. Je suis au début de l'utilisation de Zendrop academy (Zendrop+). Tout est en anglais également, de même pour les visio pour les coaching collectifs. Si vous ne maîtrisez pas la langue ne vous y aventurez pas! Je n'ai pas encore mis en ligne ma boutique shopify.

I HIGHLY recommend this app! After setting up my Shopify store, I had received a Promo for a great deal for Zendrop Plus. I had gotten under the weather and missed the offer!! I was devastated because this was a great offer and I really need to save as much money as possible right now! It crossed my mind to just ask and see what the bot tells me. I get a live agent on the bot, named Joshua. Joshua was great and made my experience wonderful as I am lost right now and need as much help as possible! It's very welcoming, having a bot with an option for a live chat! I have had the best experience so far! Thanks so much!!! -Erica
