Zendrop ‑ Dropshipping & POD

Very good and efficient app with a wide range of drop shipping products. Zendrop is definitely a recommended app for finding drop shipping products.

I have only been using Zendrop for about a month and it’s been a good experience so far. Their customer service is prompt and they try to resolve any issues. My problem was I signed up to Plus plan with a 7 day free trial but Zendrop charged me right away. They did provide me the refund but the charge threw me off and I cancelled the plus plan right away without checking out all the features. Nonetheless so far so good. The only other thing is products take too long to arrive for my customers if they worked on shipping Zendrop can become huge.

perfect for dropshipping, simple to use and very user friendly. 10/10 I prefer this to Aliexpress because product photos and selection is more professional.

I initially signed up for the basic and upgraded to plus. Currently on the trial. Reached out to you guys and waiting on a reply regarding aliexpress importing. It states that it'll match it with a supplier on your end when it's imported since you don't work with aliexpress merchants (which is fine) but it leaves you at a bit of a loss because now I have to wait on a reply cause I'm not sure if I were to just import it to the store, will it be filled? How do I know when you've sourced a merchant on your end?

Should definitely make this clearer especially for what's charged monthly for users, and maybe have a 24/7 chat help area available.

Other than this, so far so good. Hope to hear from you guys soon as I really just have to edit some products and would like to open my ecom store asap. Thanks!

Zendrop is a Good platform for beginners recommended
