Very disappointed. Not able to import products from ali express and I ordered a custom dog collar and they used the sample name and phone number on the collar zendrop won't give me a refund for my subscription I barely used it and I got the pro version.

I have no knowledge of this industry at all. I was feeling overwhelmed after a training call. The support chat made it easy for me to explain my issues and they were corrected. She even found an overpayment and made sure that i got the refund. I'm feeling good about my upcoming journey into dropshipping.

had the absolute pleasure of working with jobelle not only was she able to figure out what the problem was she was able to excute resolution to the point where i was going to close out my account completely but beacuse of her i will hang in there a bit as she has made me feel comfortable that somone cared to help.

I was having an issue with my subscription payment and Karrie came through and got it squared away in less than a minute, she made sure she understood what was needed, didn't run through a bunch of scripts, straight to the point so I could get back to running my business.

Highly recommend. It’s free and still provides great resources (the most important being the suppliers). For FREE, this is by far the greatest drop shipping website/app you could use. Zendrop also has a lot of cool and new products. Finally, the only thing I will say is that shipping rates are a bit expensive, but i believe all drop shipping websites have expensive shipping. Editing this a month later, I still think it is amazing. AutoDS requires super expensive investments with customer support faults and less product variability. Even though AutoDS does have some extra services, it requires more payments to access and doesn't even provide that much value.
