Zendrop is mission critical to our drop-shipping business. It has the flexibility needed to manage the most simple to the most complex business. It's definitely one of the best on the market.

Nothing but good things to say about Zendrop. The best thing is they always have someone helpful available to chat to, the service is excellent.
They've always keep to their word when it comes to shipping times and replacements/refunds. I will always use Zendrop for my current and future drop shipping endeavors even if they don't have something I want to sell, their range of products is great anyway.

Zendrop is by far the best company I've worked with. They offer tons of free training. If you have an issue the support staff goes above and beyond to help you resolve your issues even if it takes all day. I appreciate them for always being there when needed.

I have only recently installed this app - still adding products. So, I haven't place any order through Zendrop yet.

What I will say is that so far the support has been great. I have been receiving replies and help promptly. Hopefully this continues.

I also hope orders run smoothly, are delivered on time, and are in stock.

I had a billing issue and Jemima was able to help me right away. First day using Zendrop and my issue is already fixed. Currently loving this app!

Loving this app. Their support is especially helpful if you have a technical problem with a listing. I had trouble sourcing an item I had already listed due to a technical difficulty, and they helped me come up with a creative solution while they worked on the bug.
I look forward to doing good business.
