I have been using this app for about 4 months now and I am happy with the products available. The biggest complaint from my customers is that the items arrive in very damaged packaging and in some cases items are missing in the packages. Zendrop staff is amazing in working with you to address concerns and has helped me through complaints. However, I do wish there was more QC on packages and items that are being sent to the customers. All in all a good experience but would love to see more effort in QC and packaging.
The most important thing is that the people who are in charge of this, know what they’re doing, and these people know it. The app itself is easy to connect to your online store and I would recommend this website
I'm having a small issue with a product ordered and within a minute of reaching out through chat I got to talk to a live person. Jobelle is nice and professional and easy to communicate with. I love the customer service and ease of being able to get a hold of someone who wants to solve the problem. Very happy with Zendrop so far!

Zendrop has great customer service! You can always reach them via chat. I've also never had any problems with orders or parcels, which has unfortunately happened with other dropshipping providers. I can recommend Zendrop!

I received a new order but it was cancelled. I reached out to Zendrop at 5am (EST) frustrated that there was no number to call, however after going through the FAQs and not finding what I needed I decided to use the chat and was quickly relieved when the bot offered me a human. She quickly resolved my issue and my order was immediately sent to the quoting process. Thanks Zendrop you rock!
I'm new to Zendrop but I already love it. You can connect your store and import products in just a few clicks. It's very user-friendly and intuitive, the support team is amazing, especially Jobelle. Very happy with my choice!
