This site can be complicated, and I've had problems with it connecting to Shopify, but once it's established, it works great! The product summaries and prices are super easy to edit to fit my store's needs. The support team and AI at Zendrop are super useful. I'm using the free version now, but if my store gets big enough, I would consider using the paid version.

We are extremely satisfied with Zendrop, having gone through a load of crap services before using Zendrop. Products are easy to source and not confusing and delivery has been smooth. The only downside is the order takes a lot of time to ship and reach the customer. Apart from that, we are happy and continue using Zendrop for our store's fulfilment.

Zendrop is easy to use and customer support is very responsive. Pricing is comparable to CJdropshipping, and their academy is helpful for learning how to run a store. Overall, a reliable supplier.

Customer Service is excellent! Product costs are sometimes too high and selection can be limited depending on the category, but Zendrop has been the simplest and fastest dropshipper for my business overall.

I recently had a billing issue where I was charged before I had the chance to fully launch my store. As a new entrepreneur, every dollar of my startup capital is mission-critical for my ad budget.

I worked with Mariane in support, and I cannot thank her enough. She didn't just give me automated responses; she actually listened to my situation and took the time to investigate the full $58 charge I was concerned about. She was professional, empathetic, and most importantly, she took action to make things right.

She understand the pressure of starting a business from scratch. If you’re working with Zendrop and run into a hurdle, ask for Mariane. She’s a professional who gets it done.

My experience with Zendrop has been a mix, but ultimately better than it first appeared. Much appreciation to Darlene and the support team for helping me navigate the platform and resolve my concerns. The interface is easy to use, products are simple to import, and support stepped in when I had a billing issue. I received a refund along with additional account assistance, which showed they’re willing to make things right.
That said, billing cycles and app charges can be a bit confusing, especially if you’re newer to dropshipping. Keeping a close eye on subscriptions and invoices is important. Once I communicated with support, things improved quickly.
If you’re thinking about using the platform, stay organized with billing and don’t hesitate to ask questions early. The tools are solid, you just need to stay proactive

The private agent is great especially my team with shahid. The only thing that needs work is that shipping time with the products is not fast at all I am getting hit with chargebacks because of this, and the pricing of the product isn’t even the lowest compared to your own separate supplier.

Zendrop offers a wide variety of products. However, if you are selling on Amazon, be aware of the handling time, as Zendrop operates independently and delays may affect your Amazon fulfillment.
