At midnight, I realized one of my customer’s orders was stuck in a weird limbo—and I had no idea what to do. I was completely lost. I reached out to the chatbot, and that’s when Hasnain came to the rescue. He jumped in fast, figured out the issue right away, and walked me through a step-by-step solution like a pro. And on top of that, he gave me the motivational boost I didn’t even know I needed that night. Seriously, someone give this guy a raise.

Mariane assisted me with my questions and concerns. Her assistance helped me get my store built. She was great! The only complaint I have is Zendrop doesn't communicate through email very well on how to setup as a new person.

I've been using Zendrop for 3 months and it's been a real game-changer for my dropshipping business. The app itself is user-friendly and makes product sourcing and order fulfillment so much smoother.
But what really sets Zendrop apart is their customer support. I recently had an issue with a order fullfilment, and Jo went above and beyond to help me resolve it quickly and efficiently. Jo was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. They took the time to understand my problem and provided clear, helpful solutions. It's rare to find such dedicated and helpful support, and it makes a huge difference in my overall experience with Zendrop.

One suggestion I have is for the 'Find Products' section to include a button or border around items I've already viewed, which would make browsing even more efficient. Had some issues with linking products due to a software bug, I got into contact with Nyka, she was lovely & understood my issues straight away, she passed on my information to the technical team and my issues was resolved within a matter of minutes. Thank you Nyka. 10/10 customer service.

Simplifies e-commerce process a whole lot. Zendrop isn't the cheapest option out there, but their user interface is very clean and most importantly their customer support is very reactive.
If you can spare the money I definitely would recommend!

Extremely Disappointed with Zendrop's Decline in Service
I’ve been using Zendrop for a while and used to be satisfied with their customer service—but this recent experience has been beyond frustrating.
My client received a damaged item, so I contacted Zendrop on April 10th requesting a replacement and included clear photos of the damage. Brenda Sorongclo responded and asked for the photos again on the 11th, which I resent. Then… silence.
On April 14th, Brenda messaged me asking if I needed anything else—as if I hadn’t already requested a replacement. I replied that I was waiting for her to confirm the replacement. Finally, six days after the original request, I get a message saying they can only replace part of the product. And if I wanted the full item replaced, I’d need to ask my client for a video.
What? A video, six days later? It’s my brand on the line, not Zendrop’s. This delay and confusion made me look completely unprofessional to my customer. I ended up refunding my client out of my own pocket just to resolve it.
And then—only after I told Zendrop not to bother with a replacement—they suddenly offered me a refund. Why couldn’t that have been done in the first place?
Unfortunately, I’ll be moving away from Zendrop. They used to offer reliable service, but this experience has shown a huge drop in quality and accountability. I can't risk my business reputation on inconsistent support

Can't give 0 stars so giving 1. This app is not what it used to be before. I respected Jared Goetz for his vision and his mission. He writes that one of the rules he lives by is to work on a problem every day on linkedin, and someday you will see the result. But one fine day, he woke up and changed the whole policy for startups that would stangle the startups. Please do not choose them as your dropshipping partner or work over there. I don't think it is now a company that is drophipping partner-centric.

I mostly sell POD products in my store but I also sell other products from Zendrop. I've been using Zendrop for about 4 years and I've been very happy with them during this time
