As a newcomer to Zendrop, I didn't know a single thing about ecommerce. Zendrop has helped me in so many ways understand dropshipping and online retail. Customer service is great, and I wouldn't choose another provider for my shopify store.

I had an issue with my account but Theresa from customer service was amazing. I somehow initiated both a yearly and monthly subscription but she was able to correct my account in very short order. The chat bot and live chat is very easy and efficient. No time wasted which I really appreciated.
