My experience so far with Zendrop. Has been the products are bigger than they seem online. Which is cool. I gave Zendrop a 3 star rating because, the shipping. I've had an order go a month. It makes customers think about coming back. So until they can get a Faster shipping & handling, ill keep this review to 3 stars.

Using Zendrop has so far been a blast. I was forwarded to a bot for help and was feeling like i needed to communicate one on one with a person and their help center afforded me that opportunity. This, to me, is true customer service. We truly seem to be lacking in this here in the US anymore and I can only say thank you!

This is a great app! Good for building a good drop shipping brand. I love the fact that they have a free plan for beginners to get you on your way and as profits come in you can go for more advanced plans with more features and benefits. Very beginner friendly! The team also responds fast which is excellent in helping you to be established.

Jinky, in tech support at Zendrop was AWESOME this evening! I'm setting up my store, and have a little problem with processing my Zendrop fulfillment. Pretty sure that it has something to do with the way I set up the links of the products to Shopify. She assured me that it will ship soon, and that they will contact me if they need anymore information from me. I'm sure that they will get it done! Although this is my first fulfillment, the order is for myself as a test! so I'm glad that I'M the buyer in this text case!!
