Zendrop ‑ Dropshipping & POD

Zendrop is a dropshipping platform that aims to streamline and simplify the dropshipping process. It offers features like product sourcing, order fulfillment, and automated tracking. Zendrop also provides tools to help you find products, import them into your store, and manage your orders.

Great systems in place to help you become a top seller. Great live programming to teach you the basics of dropshipping and how to succeed. A very wide range of products - (sourcing from other parties if they cant source themselves.) Last but not least they have very fast and friendly customer service that is always happy to help! - Ron

Mariane was amazingly helpful - she solved an issue I have been banging my head for in under 3 minutes! These guys are great, appreciate their services and kind approach. Has made a newcomer drop shipping experience much less stressful!

I'm having a small issue with a product ordered and within a minute of reaching out through chat I got to talk to a live person. Jobelle is nice and professional and easy to communicate with. I love the customer service and ease of being able to get a hold of someone who wants to solve the problem. Very happy with Zendrop so far!

With the short time I have been using Zendrop, I have found it excellent and easy to use, I recommend it for its wide variety of products and ease of managing my store, plus the customer service is amazing!

I placed two separate orders and each was fulfilled nearly 18 days later. My customers were very upset!!

That said, when I got a human customer service rep, she showed me how to track the order (I didn't know which shipper in China to select). If I knew how to do so all along, I would have been able to tell customers where product was.

I will give ZenDrop a couple more tries:)

It's been a good experience with Zendrop since I've joined. There are tonnes of resources and training to help you on your journey. The Customer Service has been excellent as well. I highly recommend Zendrop!

They were quick to respond via Chat, and directed me to the appropriate contact. They were friendly and helpful - which is exactly what I need in a supplier / partner.

Zendrop is a great app. It is very integrated with Shopify and is very simple to connect your store to your Zendrop account. However you can only connect your account to one Shopify account for some reason but I wish you could connect it to multiple in order to use it for multiple stores. The Customer Support is very quick and efficient with dealing with any problems you may have. From what I saw they had lots and lots of options for any products you may need, including different versions and colours.

All in all a great app and great organisation!

This app is amazing for those looking for a free supplier when first starting out, however the paid plans are way to expensive and dont offer much value. My favorite thing tho is definitely the refund proccess, its very easy and straightforward.
